1. About Strive Financial
Strive Financial Pty Ltd provides business and investment loan products secured against real property. Our loans are provided exclusively for business and investment purposes to companies and trusts with company trustees.
Strive Financial does not provide consumer credit. Our lending activities are exempt from the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act) as we only provide credit for business or investment purposes, not for personal, domestic, or household purposes.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a Strive Financial loan, the borrowing entity must be:
- An Australian company (Pty Ltd); or
- An Australian trust with a company as trustee (Pty Ltd trustee)
We do not provide loans to sole traders, partnerships, or trusts with individual trustees. The loan must be for a genuine business or investment purpose.
3. Indicative Approvals
Any indicative approval, in-principle assessment, or pre-approval provided through our website or application form is not a binding offer of finance. Indicative approvals are based on the unverified information you provide and are subject to:
- Verification of all information provided
- Satisfactory desktop or formal property valuation
- Review of title searches and encumbrances
- Final credit assessment and approval by our lending committee
- Execution of formal loan documentation
Strive Financial reserves the right to decline any application at any stage of the assessment process.
4. Loan Products
Strive Financial offers the following loan products, each subject to specific terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria:
- Business Bridging Loans: Short-term loans from $15,000 to $2,000,000 for terms of 1–12 months
- Medium-Term Business Loans: Loans from $50,000 to $250,000 for terms of 1–3 years
- Long-Term Business Loans: Loans from $250,000 to $2,500,000 for terms of 1–5 years
All loans are secured by registered mortgage over real property. Interest rates, fees, and specific terms are provided in formal loan offers and documentation.
5. Security Requirements
All Strive Financial loans require security in the form of a registered mortgage (first or second) over Australian real property. The type and value of security required will depend on the loan amount, loan-to-value ratio (LVR) requirements, and property type.
6. Fees and Charges
There are no application fees or upfront costs to apply for a Strive Financial loan. Fees that may apply include establishment fees, legal fees, valuation fees, and other charges which will be disclosed in your formal loan offer prior to acceptance.
